This study thoroughly examines the interconnectedness of leadership and its styles,
work engagement, and organisational support to elucidate their combined impact on
employee performance and organisational outcomes. It demonstrates how
transformational and transactional leadership styles influence employee work
engagement levels. The study affirms that robust organisational support
mechanisms, such as professional development opportunities, recognition programs,
and effective communication channels, significantly enhance employee engagement
by reinforcing the positive effects of adaptive leadership. It concludes that a cohesive
approach, integrating supportive organisational policies with dynamic leadership, is
imperative for optimising work engagement and driving sustainable organisational
success. These robust insights offer actionable implications for managerial practices,
and organisational development strategies focused on nurturing a high-performing
and engaged workforce.

Aida Mehrad is a distinguished specialist in Psychology with a remarkable focus on social psychology, health, and organizational behavior. She is highly knowledgeable in various domains, including Conflict Management Styles, Leadership Styles, Organizational Support, Work Engagement, Job Satisfaction, Emotional Intelligence, Personality Factors, Self-Efficacy, and Job Burnout. Dr. Mehrad's academic credentials are exceptional, holding two PhDs—one in health and organizational behavior and another in social psychology. Additionally, she possesses a master's degree in General Psychology. With 14 years of national and international teaching experience, Dr. Mehrad has significantly contributed to academia and practice. Her career also encompasses extensive work as a psychologist, providing therapy and counseling services. She is a prolific researcher, having published till now 55 research papers in psychology and social science and authored five books on motivation and personal empowerment.
