Abstract

Family health and social development depend heavily on women. There is no doubt that they play a significant role in families and society. In order to fulfill their roles effectively, they must be in good physical and mental health. Health conditions such as arthritis, hypertension, and osteoporosis are more common in older women than in men. A recent Kaiser Family Foundation report shows that women are also more likely to develop multiple health problems. In addition to memory problems, older women have difficulty carrying out daily activities, such as dressing, walking, and bathing. The female population makes up half of the total population. As a result, their health plays a crucial role in the health of their families and societies. Therefore, women's problems affect their families, societies, and future generations. Therefore, women's quality of life has received a lot of attention. As a key contributor to the sustainable development of a population and society, women's reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health (RMNCAH) plays an essential role. Increasing population aging and low fertility emphasize the importance of investing in women's health. Women's health has shifted from reducing mortality to providing high-quality care throughout their lives. The process of aging is simply the process of getting older. Biological and sociocultural changes contribute to it. Our aging process begins before birth and continues throughout our lives.
